Online Keno guide

Online Keno is very similar to lottery (loto) or bingo. Since this game has greater advantage on the House side than most other casino games, it is easily enjoyed by those who prefer a game of luck. There is no complicated strategy to assimilate, since the rules are simple enough to learn quickly.

As in the lottery, players can also win large sums of money (up to $250,000) in exchange for a small bet ($0.25 / $1.00).

Keno games for all players

Most players adapt very easily to Keno. For those who prefer Keno at a leisurely pace, we recommend trying out live Keno, where players can relaxedly enjoy drinks while in the Keno room.

Since you don't have to worry about strategy or skill, you can play Keno while focusing on other casino games.

However, if you like to play one game after another at a faster pace, you should try Video Keno or online Keno.

Online Keno or live Keno?

If you are play online , you can simply click on the numbers you want or you can press, “ Self Choice ” or “ Quick Pick "and the machine will automatically select the numbers for you.

If you want to play more than one game consecutively with the same numbers, you can press “PLAY 5” or “play 10”. The bet will be in the standard definition, most likely $1 or $1, so if you want to bet more or less money, do not forget to change the amount.

In Live Keno , you will need to make an X on the numbers you want to play, as well as write the numbers of places where you put the cross. If you want to play on more than one group of numbers, you will point to the fractions. You can still read more about this option in our Keno systems article.

For each Keno card, you will need to make sure you point out the amount you wish to bet. It can be any amount of $0.25, $0.50, $1.00, $3.00 or higher, depending on the type of BET and the variation (depending on whether it's live or video) you're playing.

It is also important that many casinos have their own rules, especially when it comes to their players ' winnings. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the Keno rules of the casino where you want to play before placing your first bet.

How To Play

On each Keno card, there are 80 numbers, twenty of which will be randomly chosen during the game. You can choose up to 10 or 15 places (numbers), depending on which side you choose to play.

If the numbers you have chosen are chosen, then you win a cash prize. The amount you win depends equally on how many places you chose at the beginning, how many of these places (numbers) were drawn, and your initial bet.

That way, if you only chose 4 numbers to play and all of those were drawn, you will win substantially more than if you had chosen 15 numbers and only four of those were drawn.

Betting systems

The single bet (also known as a single card) is the simplest bet in Keno, but it is only one of the many types of Keno betting systems at your disposal. Some bets at your disposal include the split bet, top/bottom, edge, way bet and combination. Some of these are simple to perform, while others (way bet and combination) are more complicated and require practice.

Split Bet

A split bet consists of two or more single bets on a single card. The player will clearly have to define two separate groups of numbers on the card and designate the corresponding group for each game. The only problem is that there can be no repeating numbers.

Way Bet

This type of bet involves playing with more than one set of numbers in the same game. For example, the player opts for three sets of numbers, the first being 4 numbers, the second being 3 numbers, and the third being 3 other numbers. He chose 10 numbers in total. You can play these numbers in several ways, hence the name way bet.For example, the first mode is a group of 10 numbers (written as 1/10), the second mode two groups of 3 numbers (2/3), the third mode two groups of 7 numbers (2/7). The fourth mode is a group of 4 numbers (1/4) and the fifth mode is a group of 6 numbers (1/6). In this example, you bet your card in 5 different ways. You then choose the amount you are willing to pay for each mode. If you want to pay $0.25 per mode, your card will cost $1.25.

King Bet

The "King bet" is very similar to the previous bet, and in this approach the player selects an individual number in addition to other groups of numbers. You can combine this number with other groups in the same way you would with a way ticket.

Combination Bet

Combination betting allows players to combine multiple single bets, way bets, or even single bets with way bets on a single card.

Top / Bottom, Left / Right and Edge Bets

Each of these Keno betting systems requires you to delete a portion of your card. With the top/bottom card you have the choice to bet on both the top (1-40) and the bottom (41-80). You will win if there are at least 13 numbers in the half you have chosen. The left/right bet is similar. The only difference is that you bet on the right or left of the card and not on the top or bottom. The edge bet encompasses a bet with the edges of the card. There are a total of 32 numbers that act as ends of the card. These three bets are special bets in Keno and usually cost more than the usual card.

Since some of these bets can be confusing for beginners, we recommend that you start with the most common of Keno betting systems: the single bet.

Play Keno Online

Keno online also offers a variety of options from 10-spot to 15-spot Keno. There is also Super Keno, Power Keno and Bonus Keno Online, which offers bonus rounds and additional rewards when you hit certain numbers.
