When you decide to play a game or accept an offer made available on the site, you will be redirected to an external site where you can provide the data necessary to participate in that activity. A XLMedia does not collect or receive the data you enter on this gaming site. In addition to the data you provide to us directly, we may also collect data about you from other sources, including third parties, business partners, affiliates, analytics providers, advertising networks, social networks, data brokers, or publicly available data sources.

Cookie data and Web Logs

We automatically collect certain personal data that does not directly identify you when you use, access or interact with our site.   • Web beacons . The site or the emails you receive from XLMedia may use an application known as a” web beacon “(also referred to as a” clear gif “or”pixel tag"). A web beacon is an electronic file usually consisting of an image with only one pixel. It can be embedded in a web page or in an email, and serves to send information. For example, you can let the sender of our emails know that a certain email has been opened by the user.

Online tracking and behavioral advertising by third parties. We may also partner with third parties to collect, analyse and use some of your personal data described in this section. For example, we may allow third parties to create cookies or use web beacons or other tracking mechanisms (such as tags or scripts) on the site or in our email communications. How we share your data with third parties

We share your personal data with third parties for a number of purposes, as described below.

Affiliate . We may share your personal data with our affiliated companies for the purposes described in this policy.

Service providers. XLMedia relies on service providers, who perform services for us, including web hosting companies, email service providers and data analytics providers. These providers may collect and / or use your personal data to help us achieve the purposes described above.

We may also share your personal data with other service providers where necessary to fulfil your requests; to fulfil any requirements of agreements you have entered into with us or our partners; or to run our business.

Your direct sharing of personal data through the site or third party sites and services. Questionnaires. We may ask you to take part in questionnaires (developed by US or others) that help us understand how you use the site and improve our advertising. Any personal data provided to us (or provided by you or us to these third party survey providers) in the context of these surveys will only be used within the scope of the survey and as set out in this policy. Participation in questionnaires is voluntary.

Third-party Plugins. The site may integrate certain third-party plug-ins (such as a Facebook “Like” button). Even if you do not click on the plugins, they may collect information about you, such as your IP address and the pages you have visited. They may also create and/or access a cookie. Facebook Custom Audience and similar programs. Other shares with your consent. XLMedia may ask you if you would like the company to share your data with unaffiliated third parties, which are not described elsewhere in this policy.

Third-party analytics and advertising

Analysis. We partner with certain third parties to collect the personal data referred to above and to produce analysis, audit, research and reports. These entities may use web logs or web beacons and may create or access cookies on your computer or device. The use of online monitoring mechanisms by third parties is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties, and not to this Privacy Policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from creating or accessing cookies installed on your computer or other device, you can configure your browser to Block cookies. In addition, you may no longer receive targeted advertising from companies that are part of the Network Advertising Initiative, excluding here , or companies that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance, excluding here . Please note that opting out of targeted advertising will not prevent you from viewing advertising. However, this advertising may be less relevant to you. At the moment, our site does not obey “do not track” headers sent by the browser. However, you can limit tracking by these third parties by taking the steps we have outlined above.

You have certain rights and choices regarding the use of your personal data, as described below.

  1. Promotional Emails . You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send you newsletters, surveys, offers and other promotional materials free of charge, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can choose to stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails you receive. Even if you decide to stop receiving promotional emails, we may continue to send you communications related to our provision of services.
  2. Promotions by post. If at any time you no longer wish to receive offers and/or circulars from us, you can opt-out of our distribution lists by sending us an email (our contact details are provided below). In the subject of your email, you must put the message “I do not wish to receive POSTAL mail”, followed by Your Name, Address and postal code. Please note that our communications are prepared in advance before they are sent. Although we delete your name from our mailing list after we receive your order, you may continue to receive mail from us that was already produced before your deletion.
  3. Promotional text messages. If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information, you may opt out of receiving further messages in the future by replying “STOP” to that message.
  4. Online Tracking. At this time, we do not recognize automatic browser signals related to tracking mechanisms, which may include “Do Not Track”instructions.
